Process Engineering Leader

Main Responsibilities / Trách Nhiệm Chính

1. Supervision and Daily Management / Giám Sát Và Hỗ Trợ Công Việc Hàng Ngày
   o Supervise, coach, and support the process team’s daily work, providing clear directions to ensure smooth production.
   o Quản lý, huấn luyện và hỗ trợ công việc hàng ngày của đội ngũ kỹ sư chế biến, đưa ra hướng dẫn rõ ràng nhằm đảm bảo quá trình sản xuất diễn ra suôn sẻ.
2. Engineering Support and Communication / Hỗ Trợ Kỹ Thuật Và Giao Tiếp
   o Establish engineering support and communication channels with other functional teams to ensure effective collaboration.
   o Thiết lập kênh hỗ trợ kỹ thuật và giao tiếp với các bộ phận chức năng khác để đảm bảo sự phối hợp hiệu quả.
3. Process Improvement Leadership / Lãnh Đạo Cải Tiến Quy Trình
   o Lead the process team in improving production processes to achieve enhanced quality and efficiency.
   o Dẫn dắt đội ngũ kỹ sư chế biến cải tiến quy trình sản xuất nhằm nâng cao chất lượng và hiệu suất.
4. Equipment and Tooling Management / Quản Lý Máy Móc Và Dụng Cụ
   o Oversee the management and maintenance of all machines, equipment, and tooling/fixtures to provide solid production support.
   o Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý và bảo trì tất cả máy móc, thiết bị cũng như dụng cụ/đồ nghề để hỗ trợ sản xuất một cách hiệu quả.
5. Automation Projects Development / Phát Triển Dự Án Tự Động Hóa
   o Develop automation projects aimed at increasing production capacity and reducing labor costs.
   o Phát triển các dự án tự động hóa nhằm mở rộng năng lực sản xuất và tiết kiệm chi phí lao động.
6. Collaborative Goal Achievement / Phối Hợp Để Đạt Mục Tiêu Nhà Máy
   o Work with Quality and Production teams to achieve factory goals regarding pass yield, productivity, and scrap reduction.
   o Phối hợp với các đội ngũ Chất lượng và Sản xuất để đạt được mục tiêu của nhà máy về năng suất đạt, hiệu suất và giảm thiểu phế liệu.
7. Documentation Review and Approval / Xem Xét Và Phê Duyệt Tài Liệu Kỹ Thuật
   o Review and approve engineering documentation such as SOP, WI, ECN, FAIR, PR, etc.
   o Xem xét và phê duyệt các tài liệu kỹ thuật như SOP, WI, ECN, FAIR, PR, v.v.
8. Process Validation and Improvement / Xác Minh Và Cải Tiến Quy Trình
   o Conduct verification and DOE to validate improvement plans and resolve process-related quality and efficiency issues.
   o Tiến hành xác minh và thực hiện DOE để kiểm chứng các giải pháp cải tiến, giải quyết các vấn đề về quy trình ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng và hiệu suất.
9. EHS Engineering Support / Hỗ Trợ Kỹ Thuật EHS
   o Provide engineering support to meet and enhance Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements.
   o Cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật nhằm đáp ứng và cải thiện các yêu cầu về Môi trường, An toàn và Sức khỏe (EHS).

RBA Duties / Nhiệm Vụ Liên Quan Đến RBA

1. Understanding RBA Rights and Duties / Nắm Rõ Quyền Và Nghĩa Vụ Liên Quan Đến RBA
   o Understand the rights and responsibilities associated with RBA (Responsible Business Alliance).
   o Nắm rõ quyền và nghĩa vụ liên quan đến RBA (Responsible Business Alliance).
2. Implementation Focus / Tập Trung Vào Thực Hiện Tiêu Chuẩn RBA
   o Monitor the implementation status of RBA standards in the factory, provide improvement suggestions, and ensure effective execution.
   o Theo dõi tình trạng thực hiện tiêu chuẩn RBA trong nhà máy, đưa ra các đề xuất cải tiến và đảm bảo thực hiện hiệu quả.
3. Communication of RBA Requirements / Truyền Đạt Yêu Cầu RBA
   o Ensure that RBA strategies, goals, and all related requirements are clearly communicated to all staff in the responsible area.
   o Đảm bảo chiến lược, mục tiêu và toàn bộ yêu cầu liên quan đến RBA được truyền đạt rõ ràng đến toàn bộ nhân viên trong khu vực phụ trách.
4. Internal Audit Cooperation / Phối Hợp Kiểm Toán Nội Bộ
   o Collaborate with internal audit teams to develop improvement plans and regularly report progress on implemented improvements.
   o Phối hợp với bộ phận kiểm toán nội bộ để xây dựng các kế hoạch cải tiến và báo cáo định kỳ về tiến độ thực hiện.
